Very pleaed
Set out to buy a Record plane to replace one which went missing. Only the cheaper Magnusson available but does the job perfectly and I can’t see why it’s cheaper.

Not great
Blade seemed to go blunt almost immediately. Difficult to adjust, especially trying to keep the blade parallel to the workpiece. Didn't stay in the correct adjustment very long.

Great toll for the job
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to set up but took me a while to get the hang of the gliding to do what I wanted to do. Perfect for the job it was needed for. It is a good weight and feels good quality too and I now have doors that aren't heavy to close.

Precision when its needed

It feels robust and I'm sure it will last years

Great tool for the job.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our wooden doors were really stiff since getting new carpets. We bought this to shave a bit off the bottom so that they opened much smoother. The tool was perfect for the job. It's sturdy and easy to use. Good quality piece of equipment.

Easy to use

Good plane
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used this plane on my doors after laying new floors all doors were catching , smooth action really nice comfortable handle and lightweight making it easy to use. Good purchase for a beginner or intermediate diyer.

Works great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My doors were sticking at the side so i used this to plane down the side, it fits in your hand and easily glides, heavy but easy to use now my door fits perfectly without sticking just need to do the other one now

Great prezzie for the other half
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a gift for my other half and he was over the moon with it. He says it's a great tool and smooth to use easy to handle and manageable it must be good haven't seen him for over an hour now and he's got my doors sorted and hung job done we are both happy.

Smooth plane
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looked a bit cheap out of the box. I cleaned up, watched a few videos on line on how to set it up. Had to give the blade a sharpen. Once it was set up it worked well. Only used for a short period but seems like it will do the job for an entry level tool.
