This product can be great
This product does what is says on the tin though having read the other reviews and believing there was something amiss I kept an eye on the impact area where the blade meets the anvil. After using it a few times I noticed that the nuts and bolts needed to be tightened as the factory settings are not satisfactory. Once tightened the tenancy for the blade to "slip" was averted - QED

Good value sturdy loppers
Bought to replace a previous pair of B&Q loppers (not same brand), which had lasted well, but a vital bolt/screw had just sheared off. Chose this pair as mid price from the range in store. They felt an adequate size for my shrub pruning needs. Picked the telescopic pair and this facility has proved more than useful. Totally happy with my purchase and I am sure they will last well.
