Poor Quality
These clamps are weakly constructed. The thread mechanism breaks easily at finger tightness.

Ne serre plus !
1 seule utilisation et les machoires de l'étau ne serrent plus ! Les vis tournent à vide, donc impossible de maintenir les pièces sur l'étau ! J'ai depuis une dizaine d'année le même étau de marque mac allitster qui fontionne toujours impeccablemnt malgré de nombreuses utilisations ! Très déçu de la qualité magnusson alors que d'autres outils de la même marque me donnent satisfaction !

Wish I'd read the reviews
Normally I read reviews before buying a product. Didn't this time and paid the price for it. Everyone says the same thing about the clamp just coming away from the thread. Absolutely diabolical product. Will be returned immediately. Why is b & q continuing to sell products that are simply not fit for purpose???? It failed on the very first time I used it . I was completely dumbfounded. I mean really.... Something fails after few months hard use and you'd be miffed. But to fail the moment you use it for the first time is simply criminal. It's a complete and utter joke. Trading standards anyone????? I'll go back to b&q to return the item but then that's it. No more B&Q you just lost another good customer.

This product is useless!
Zero stars. B&Q should withdraw this sub-standard clamp. It is totally useless. The quick release system is the problem. Whenever you attempt to tighten, the quick release triggers and releases the pressure. Useless. I will be returning the two I purchased

Même remarque que pour les autres commentaires : j'ai réalisé 5 montages en équerre, et sachant que le matériel était réputé fragile j'ai fait hyper attention en serrant du bout des doigts... Ça n'a pas suffit et un des étaux ne tient pus la pression et saute. Je suis d'accord : une pièce moulée dans ce matériaux si mou c'est clairement un vice de fabrication Je le retourne en magasin immédiatement, furieux.

Purchased many Magnusson products before and all great - not this one though! Bought one yesterday - it stopped clamping after the first time tightening it - I thought perhaps I imagined it tightened & I bought it broke so went back and exchanged for another..it clamped one corner overnight perfectly; went to clamp a second corner this morning & it didn’t close tight again! As there’s no instructions I assumed perhaps I was doing something wrong so came here to see if there’s any tips and see all 1 star reviews. Will be going back later today & not getting a replacement. Hopefully the product will be improved or discontinued. 3 trips to b&q and I’ve glued one join in total lol.

Terrible product the cheap quick release broke on the first use so no pressure could be applied to the joint. It’s going back tomorrow and I’ll look for an alternate product

VERY VERY POOR PRODUCT - AVOID!!
As per the other comments used on about 4 pieces of wood then wouldn't clamp Brought another one like a fool and the same happened again. Very poor product - Avoid

Faulty clamp
both clamps tightened up on two corners, by the time I got to the third corner one clamp just keeps slipping.
