Broke on first use
Used it to trim the edge of the grass in the garden and it broke within 2 minutes of first use - the spring in the middle just exploded out making the blades fall apart

Poor quality
Screws kept loosening/falling out. In the end one of them sheared off so couldn't even replace it. Poorly designed and not fit for purpose.

Falls apart
I bought this product in April. After a few weeks the handle became detached from the blades. I tightened the bolt and thought I had resolved the issue. However, the same thing happened and a screw had also fallen out. The shears are no longer usable. I will see if I can get a refund, but I no longer have proof of purchase, so I don’t hold out much hope. I have since read the reviews on this website and it appears a number of people have had the same issue with these shears! Hence I cannot recommend this product, although I have given 5stars for ease of use. They were good whilst still in one piece.
