Strong Flexi duct
Strong aluminium ducting. Takes a bit to pull it to 3m, but it doesn't uncoil like the cheaper foil type ducting unless you're heavy handed.

Good product
I bought this product a few weeks ago and I think it does the job. Needed to replace a hole in the chimney so this worked well.

Good for a permanent installation
This is more difficult to work with thant the plastic version but does not cause as much restiction ensuring a smooth airflow. Packing loft insuation round the plastic version can cause it to collapse where as this is more rigid.

Useless and poor quality
I have tried to use it to extend my kitchen vent. But it brakes into pieces the very moment you try to bend it! I would avoid this product

NOT PRACTICAL FOR BEING MOVED AROUND
I BOUGHT THIS FOR MY AIR CON UNIT AS HOSE WAS 2 SHORT. AS I MOVE UNIT AROUND I NEEDED SOMETHING FLEXABLE. THIS IS RIGID NOT EASY TO CONDENSE BACK DOWN. BENDS / DENTS, SQUASHS TO EASY MAKING IT UNUSABLE. GOT PROBPER PLASTIC TYPE HOSE, WHICH FOLDS UP EASY AND IS FLEXABLE, BINNED THIS ONE. WOULD BE GOOD IF U NEVER HAVE TO SEE IT OR MOVE IT, MAYBE IN A CUBOARD OR BEHIND UNIT.

Great for ferrets!
I actually bought this for my ferrets which turned out to be excellent value compared to pet stores. It's sturdy and easily positional and the ferrets love it.
