Wrong colour - not as advertised
I wanted white ducting because it is on show. The advert showed white ducting. But the item that turned up was grey (battleship grey). Now I have to take it back to a store to return it. Apart being the wrong colour it was okay.

It's a metre long piece of plastic ducting
I only needed about 6 inches of it, so the price per inch works out pretty extortionate! As a product it's okay but it distorts when fitted into a female socket so getting an air-tight fit need some solvent weld and internal packing while the weld sets. Also, it's out of stock at most B&Q branches so, if like me you need it in a hurry, you may have to drive to find it (a 70 mile round trip in my case)
