Great product
Good quality product that's done exactly the job I wanted. Previous vent was too draughty when windy. Very pleased with this one....

Reduced cost item
I bought this item at nearly 50% of the original price not because I wanted a cheap one but because it was the last one in the store. It was marked as having the foam strip missing, which wasn’t an issue because I was fitting it to an old house with made from sandstone which was very uneven and I would be using frame sealant. What was missing was the foam strip,, the instructions and and some of the lugs had been broken off by the person that had previously returned it to the store. Unfortunately I didn’t realise that the lugs were broken until I’d fixed the plate to the vent hose. I went to break off further lugs as they’re very small and brittle, which meant the flap hinge no longer worked. I ended up putting mesh over it to stop bird’s nesting in it and fixing it and the hood with self tapping screws.
