Quite a tacky (feel when applying) paint
Hi, I bought a tub of this before purchasing this last tub.. the reason I needed a second tub was because everything I applied this to the wall it was very tacky and if you tried to go over it again it would come off, so needed a second tub as we had to do so many layers to get it how we wanted. We bought other paints which were lovely and easy to apply. We just had problems with this one.

Don’t panic!
I bought this as I liked the colour but was dubious of the cheap looking packaging. When I started to put it on I was filled with horror as it was so patchy and awful looking! However I trusted the process and it dried to a lovely colour after one coat (I was painting over a very light wall). Moral of the story is: you will panic but it’ll turn out ok!

Gave this a 1 Star as there’s nothing lower
Bought this last month and after two coats it was still very streaky and powdery. As others reviewers have said it dries quickly and leaves so many blotches and streaks

Lovely colour but don't get it wet
As others have mentioned, if you need to wipe a mark off the wall the colour comes off completely. I had the misfortune to knock a drink off my bedside table and now I'll have to repaint the entire bedroom.

Waste of money and time
I got this paint mainly because it was the colour we were looking to complete our attic conversation. while it was value for money in the long run it was not. It took 4-5 coats but worst of all is months later it still wipes off the wall, yes I know it’s not washable but surely if it gets a splash of water and you want to pat it dry the paint should stay this doesn’t happen. I would love to know if anyone can suggest how to seal it or do I just get a proper paint and redo the whole room again

Not fit for purpose
I bought this paint to decorate a utility and games room. Firstly the paint took a LOT of mixing to get it to an acceptable condition to use, the first coat went on ok but dried very VERY fast and was very streaky. It dried so fast in fact that the wet paintbrush took the dry paint off the wall. This also happened with the second coat, which I had to use a roller for as the paintbrush simply cleared all the first coat away. Upon drying it looked ok, the colour was true to the tin at least. However, and here's the worst bit - this paint has ZERO staying power, it comes off with tissue and water, baby wipes, other paint (other wall/ceiling drips), hell I'm pretty sure just breathing near it would take it off. (It is worth noting that the wall was prepared fully before use). I now have three walls that I cannot get wet, damp or even perspire near without the paint rubbing away, I have attempted to treat the walls with PVA but that resulted in more gaps and streaks. The only option I feasibly have left is to attempt to remove all the paint and start again, that or paint over with a reputable brand in a similar colour and hope for the best. Honestly my kids have poster paint from poundland that's better quality than this. 100% would never recommend, Maybe it was a dodgy batch, who knows. All I know is I have a lot of work to do that I wasn't planning for.

Amazing paint for the price
Don't be put off by the poor reviews. We used this to paint three walls of our daughter's room and the result is fantastic. It goes on scarily dark and patchy (don't panic!) but fades to a really nice pale purple once it dries. We gave most of the walls two coats but didn't bother cutting in for the second coat - that's how decent the coverage was. We were painting onto very pale blue walls so that may have been a good base for a pale purple paint. I was expecting a watery paint for the price (only went for this one because pale purple is a really, really tricky colour to find these days) but it was honestly the same viscosity as most Crown/Dulux paints I've used. I'm a painter's daughter so fairly fussy about my paint textures! No drips from brush or splashes from roller.
