Excellent staff

Great costumer service
Bought it 2022 April used is for one year and stared to leak by thermostat side , call costume service in 2 days I received the new valve , all working as it should

Bought in Oct22 and leaking
Bought in Oct22, (needed to buy a pipe to shorten the height of the shower), shower started leaking in Nov22. Mira came out & replaced the bar mixer Dec 22. Shower again started leaking in April23. Mira sent out replacement bar (they've had problems with it leaking and have done several redesigns). The replacement doesn't fit the existing pipes. Customer service is good but the shower isn't. To improve, it needs to have a more solid feel for when you've turned it off( off position is in the halfway position between the main shower head and the small shower head control). The thermostatic valve , when increasing temperature briefly increases the temperature then drops back to a value marginally higher than what it was set to. Finally, switching the shower of and on again makes the water go cold before the thermostatic valve increases the temperature back to its preset value. I'm currently on the 3rd bar mixer and still haven't got a reliable shower.

The shower drips after being turned off
We've not been entirely satisfied with the Mira shower. The diverter broke and and we could no longer use the hand held shower. Now the shower drips after being turned off.

Upside down shower
I bough this shower 10 months ago and the installation was done upside down, hence the hot water is on the right and cold on the left. As it should be the other way around, the water does not mix and it is coming either boiling or super cold. Is there anything to do in this case? If so please let me know as it is very annoying and we are not able to get proper showers.
