Unhelpful and more than double the price
The man that was there couldn’t help with my queries and so I had to look at them myself to sort it. It was incorrect so had to buy another one and went elsewhere for advice and the new one was at least 1/2 the price.

Can’t go far wrong with MK
Look good when installed. I see a comment about screws a little tight, I agree they need loosening before you begin the install. MK starting to provide easy connect terminals!

Switch with good action
I bought this to replace a metal one that may cause issues with EICR test. Mounting screws could be longer. I had to cut some long screws to length.

Screws too tight
Good value for money but the terminal screws are way too tight and are easily damaged (hence 2 stars). Best way is to loosen them off first then screw down tight to free them up before you start any connections.

Hallway intermediate lighting switch
The light switch was of a good quality, only minor problems I found were the length of fixing screws a little short, could have done with being 5mm longer The switch cable fixing screws some were a little tight they felt as if the threads were damaged, apart from that quality of switch was good

Poor design makes unusable
Internal screws, especially on the bottom, are stiff, and fail to keep the wires in place when screwed in. Therefore unusable.
