Quality switch
This is so much better than the cheap switch I had to replace - even the click when you press it is nicer! The 'soft start' feature is meant to help the bulbs last longer, yet to find out but it's a nice touch when turning them on.

works well but expensive, the delay in light reaching the set brightness is unusual in my experience (apparently to save bulb life)

Reasonable priced
Did read reviews before purchasing saying buzzing coming from unit. Easy to wire in and no buzzing powering 240 watt

Very noisy buzz
Installed but it has a really annoying buzz. Going to take it out and return it.

Good quality product
Good quality product. On the website it says the swith is rotate on/off actually is is push on/off. Not happy with the extra plate that raises the switch on the wall. Even though the screw is tight the plate still moves, should have had some kind of a clip for it to clip in. Works very well and it is very quiet, very light buzing noise coming from the switch you need to place your ear next it.

Buzz lightyear
I got the 500W to ensure this didn't happen. There is a buzz coming from the dimmer switch with a 53W bulb.
