Looks good and makes washing up easier
Easy enough to install. The pressure through the hot is low, but cold is fine. Looks good and retracting hose seems sturdy .

Not great
Firstly when the tap handle is removed and extended from the tap mount, it is difficult to retract and remount. The pipe attached to the tap handle is plastic wrapped in vinyl mesh. This causes a lot of friction so the pipe weight struggles to drop smoothly, the plastic pipe then kinks and a second hand is needed to fix the situation. The retractable pipe also shares the same congested hole running through the body of the tap mount and also creates friction and blocks the smooth passage of the pipe. Altogether it's a bad design and not worth the money. Secondly, it is not possible to tell if the tap is on spray or pour, just be looking at it when not in use. After using on powerful spray setting, the next user has no way of known before they turn on the tap and are often surprised. Another bad design feature Will be looking for refund.

Poor quality not worth the gaurentee
Aweful, keeps leaking from the seals, after a year and half the tap snapped off its connected its all astic that brittle. Stay clear unless you want a flooded kitchen.

This Tap is not good
Had this tap about 2 years now and underneath the pullout spray has coroded and spraying out water when the cold is turned on.
