totaly garbage
the instructions are written by an illiterate idiot, the fitment is poor, the soft close is next to useless.

Great item, poor construction
We have this unit, had it about a year and a half now. The plastic clip that holds the bottoms in has broken(why are they plastic?!), and b&q helpdesk are less than helpful in sorting this out. I've asked repeatedly for a part number or where they have them,but get nowhere with b&q. Such a shame. The rest of the kitchen looks go out though.

Universal Soft close storage
Great quality, and easy to fit. One of the units had some parts missing, but b & q replaced the unit within the week. Thanks
