OX Speedskim Semi-flexible plastic Plaster's rule features a tough aluminium handle and lightweight but durable plastic blade and is part of the new and revolutionary tool system designed to increase meterage output and enhance quality of finish. Superb for ruling off, flattening, and finishing all gypsum-based plasters (both hand and spray applied), traditional sand & cement renders and insulated rendering systems, it also comes complete with an integral blade guard. The Plastering Rule is designed to increase and enhance quality of finish. There is an aluminium handle and semi-flexible plastic blade for flattening, finishing and ruling off. It is compatible with all gypsum based plasters, traditional sand & cement renders and insulated rendering systems. It is easy to use, it made plastering a quick even in large areas, well enough to give a professional finish. It helps get a nice level finish when using at a thickness. It really simplifies things and there’s no bother in smoothing over with accuracy.

Great for flattening
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t fault the speed skim, I have been using them for years and they are perfect for getting the first coat of plaster flat ready for the second, it also has an attachment which can be added to a pole for ceilings to flatten them without getting up and down ladders
