Damaged Glazing Beads
Upon unwrapping the door, I discovered that the plastic glazing beads were damaged

Very poor
Can't understand why the manufacturer would prime the door & then router out the apertures for the glass, leaving a raw edge next to the glass, which is going to take some cleaning up before painting. Also the protective cover for the glass is actually behind the mdf fascia, overall not the best. Where can I make a complaint to the manufacturer & upload images

Waste of money
Very poor design. Not solid wood. Architrave around glass panels loose and flimsy and very prone to paint finidh flaking off when pkaning to hang.

Glass cracked
These doors have been in place around 3 years, whilst watching the tv one day the glass panel suddenly cracked!

Absolute rubbish do not buy under any circumstance
I bought two doors last wk, they were delivery on Tuesday, they are the most disgraceful quality doors I've ever seen, the biggest waste of money I've ever spent, DO NOT BUY. Not worth any stars what so ever.

Quality issue
I bought these in June and left it until now to put up. Doors look great and let in so much light. Love them. Downside is the glass is covered in flakes of paint which is impossible to get off and the seal trim around glass was loose in areas. Disappointing as it's such a great door for the price.

Poor finish
Overall door is fine however the beading around the glass keeps coming off, there is glue on the windows and paint specs which are being difficult to get off. They took a long time to be delivered because quality control had quarantined some apparently. Goodness knows was wrong with them then if they were worse than these! Makes my hall look lighter though
