Stay away!!! Pure dung
The product is not worth a tenth of its cost. Assembling it is simply mental, with unintelligible instructions a loads of useless part. The material is so flimsy and light that a 16 miles/hour wind is enough to blow it away or, if you had fixed it to the ground, to split it open.

Difficult delivery but a relatively good product
Aside from a horrendous delivery process, that was sorted out in the end, the product is pretty much what it says and illustrates. Plus side - acres (!) of space, took a full length recycled pallet potting bench along one side and still room for a potting table at the end, a chair and loads of side on grow bags! Once it was together, it has stood up to a couple of gales, some very heavy rain and even without heating, when shut up and snug, relatively frost free (granted it was only a light frost) Down side - it is an absolute swine to put together, even on a perfectly level service it 'moves' a lot during construction. Definitely a two man job. Didn't like the hinge mechanism on the roof lights. Also, the instructions are NOT clear, you need to read ahead a few pages to double check you've got things right BEFORE you actually start putting stuff together. Pay close attention to the brackets holding the roof sheets in place - and during assembly, prop a piece of wood at the bottom to stop the sheets sliding out every time you move to the next one. Illustrations aren't clear on which way round some of the sheets go. Advice to the manufacturer - if you are delivering big boxes anyway, don't make bolt together half 'lengths' make them in one piece - it saves you money and it makes it a more solid construction... also note the down sides and rewrite the instructions - clearer 'this way round' and illustrations are required. It really did put me off the greenhouse. Also stronger bolts and catches on the doors, one wobble and they can open themselves...

Longevity
I have had this green house now for 18months, and the second winter. During the first winter the doors wouldn't stay shut and I had to prop wooden stays in front of them. In the summer things were fine, although the magnetic catches are not strong enough to keep the doors open in a gentle breeze. This winter and it's second winter so far the whole end of the greenhouse has fallen apart and the metal frame bent twice... The plastic Windows that slide in some channels in the frame have broken and popped out so the only was to put these back is to half unbuild the greenhouse again. If it doesn't fall down beforehand I will be replacing this with a greenhouse that's fit for purpose ! ... Waste of money, it's flimsy, hard to replace broken panels, and very noisy when the wind blows.

good value
easy to put together and very spacious. instructions clear and simple. essentially everything lines up well. key is making sure ground is level. not as robust as glass so need securing in the event of windy conditions.

Great polycarbonate greenhouse
Just bought and put up a Balance 12x8ft greenhouse, very happy with it. Instructions clear, individual pieces are well labelled. I've not fixed it down yet, but it's been tested already today by 45mph winds and is fine. Would recommend.

poor quality
the pieces of flimsy side polycarbonate were not cut properly. The greenhouse is very noisy when the wind blows. The greenhouse needs supports for the side panels to stop them acting like a stage thunder maker.
