- In order to clean the product, use a mild detergent solution and rinse with cold clean water. Do not use acetone, abrasive cleaners, or other special detergents to clean the panels.
- The product must be built on a solid level surface in order to perform properly. We recommend using concrete or wood deck as base.

noisy during rain
the roof panels are incredibly noisy when it rains. the constant drumming sound is loud and disruptive

difficult to align panels
the panels were incredibly difficult to align properly during assembly. even with the pre-drilled profiles, it took multiple adjustments to get them to fit correctly.

panels rattle in wind
the roof panels tend to rattle quite a bit during windy days. the noise is quite annoying and makes it hard to relax under the gazebo when the wind picks up.

despite the promise of a leak-free design, our gazebo roof started leaking after the first heavy rain. water dripped through the seams, which was really disappointing.
