Wrong labelling
After reviewing online and choosing what I thought was the perfect item for my needs - WIDTH 195cm, I went to buy this product in my local store. I couldn't find what I was looking for - according to online, the store had 3 in stock - so I asked a staff member for help. The guy was really helpful but he couldn't find the roller blind we needed - WIDTH 195cm, DROP 60cm. After searching the racks for a good 5mins we realised the LABELLING IS WRONG!! The WIDTH is 60cm and the DROP/LENGTH is 195cm. What a waste of a journey. Sort your labelling out B&Q!!

Completely wrong labeling
The product description says 195cm width and 60cm length. I ordered it by Click and Collect. At the shop It took me 5 min to explain the employee that passed me the rooler what width means. The one I was given was 60 cm width and 195 cm lenght. I wonder if all their roller blinds are wrongly labelled.

Bon rideau mais accroches de mauvaises qualités. Je ne pense pas qu'il aille loin dans le temps.
