Please note other (negative) review referred to a different product, by mistake,... Am working with these baskets (professionally) on many, many sites. They do require two solid fixing points on a wall to be secure, and will be as straight as as the fixing points, if not straight blame the installer, not the basket.. My best advice is to aim for "heavy" hooks or brackets rather than lightweight, as when watered these can get pretty heavy.. I HAVE seen these installed using light bands bend to shape of brackets, would highly recommend NOT to do that, the brackets will NOT hold long term, can pose danger, likely to cause public liability risk... Well not worth it. Lining as good as any other, don't expect wonders, but it is 4+. Will require replacing before basket itself packs in. Depending on location replce lining every 3y or so, basket will hold up likely 6-9y. Overall, I'd rate baskets as 5/5, you just can't skimp on how to install them... Simple as, you get what you pay for. Good basket + cheap installation = FAIL.. Installed right they will last good few years!

Poor quality
Bought 2, both snapped within an hour of hanging up, both had a snapped chain, ruined plants. Had to buy new stronger chains.
