CHEAP - NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE
As someone else has mentioned, the chain is not up to the job. even with the compost being damp it cannot hold the weight. wish id seen the review before i bought. 6 of them being returned to store. Dont waste your money. Basket itself is good, but the chain is cheap and pathetic

Chain broke instantly, plants wrecked
The basket itself is solid but the chain a) doesn’t look anything like the one in the picture and b) can’t even begin to hold the weight of the basket. Once filled with plants, the chain instantly - and I mean the second I let it take the weight - broke and the basket fell, tipping out, then crushing the plants. Useless. Hope I can return it, even though it’s had soil in it. It can’t be resold anyway as it’s such a poor product. Don’t buy!
