The sunflower hearts
The parakeets love it I have as many as 13 queuing to feed on it so it’s empty every morning and they are waiting On tree branches for me too refill it So

Birds love it
This is not cheap but the birds love it and unlike mixed bird food they dont pick out the bits they dont like and drop that on the lawn. USe it with a squirrel proof feeder to make it last longer.
