Perfect Fit
The cardboard tube in toilet rolls has shrunk! This is a perfect fit for the smaller diameter tubes. Finish is good and consistent, so no hassle in getting a good finish on it.

It's 28mm not 35mm
Its fine if your project can be completed with a 28mm dowel BUT useless, if your project needs a 35mm dowel.
