It's 28mm not 35mm
Its fine if your project can be completed with a 28mm dowel BUT useless, if your project needs a 35mm dowel.

Good quality moulding
Good quality dowelling without any knots, joins or splintering sections excellent for needs. Maybe slightly thinner than 35mm as easily fits into 35mm hole
