Does the job!

Works fine in the kitchen sink, nothing else to say really.

Basin plug black

Description says 'durable rubber'. It's more like plastic! 1 1/2" moulded into plug. Well yes, it sits in a 1 1/2" plug hole but there is no way it will ever 'plug' the hole!!! Will NOT hold water. Bought a decent rubber one from my local plumber's merchant for 2/3 the price of B&Q. This one works. Lesson learnt.

Rubbish

I wish I’d read the other reviews before I wasted my money on thus utter piece of garbage.

Plug

Not a lot to say about a plug but this plug did the job perfectly

Don't waste your money

This plug is about as much use as a chocolate teaspoon, in fact I think a chocolate teaspoon would probably do a better job.

this was great

this plug fit my hole snug. stopped any loose liquid trying to seep into it. foreign objects in my hole no more. very effective needs a bit of lube first time you install it but after that its fits as snug as a bug.

Useless

Bought this plug and it is absolutely useless. No seal / grip, slightest touch moves it and water drains away.

This product does not work no suction to seal

Bought this product yesterday as pop up plug in vanity basin had broke. Water just disappears down plug hole.

Not fit for purpose

The bath drained whilst the plug was in. After refilling when I removed the plug the metal clasp stretched and separated from the plug the middle part (were the clasp is attached) came out. Why make a plug that isn’t water tight ?

Rubbish product

I have never seen a basin plug like this one. The centre piece with the hook is a separate piece of plastic and slides up and down in the hole. It cannot possibly stay water-tight for any length of time. Every plug I have bought is single-piece moulded. I would not be surprised if this has been manufactured from a photograph with no other manufacturing specifications. Rediculous!!! While I am at it, the material the plug is made of sits very loosely in the plug hole and dislodges at the slightest touch, letting the water run out. I am returning when next near B&Q
