This is a 'don't buy'
The internal mechanism fell apart after first use, and I'd spent a few hours fitting it!

Rubbish
Fitted this to find when the handle is full down the latch catches inside the case and doesnt return. Took it back and told not to turn the handle so far! Badly designed and badly made.

Sticky Mechanism
The basic mechanism gets stuck inside the body so that the door won’t pull to.

Lock broke. Trapped in bathroom. Appalling qualit.
Internal mechanism collapsed within 3 months of installation trapping a family member in the bathroom for half an hour until help arrived. Door had to be kicked in to release them.

Very poor quality lock
The apature on the lock mechanism has not been machined properly. It is concentric and not clean. Consequently the lack mechanism will not work. Not fit for purpose. Also the latch when reversed does not extend properly. Taking back for a refund. Do not buy this product

Dont Bother
wish id of looked at the reviews first! I reversed the poorly made lock and installed it. If I push the handle all the way down the latch gets stuck inside,so I had a very close look inside and the mechanism is smaller the the casing.This product is something id expect to buy from a pound shop not a B&Q.

Rubbish
Bought this for a rental property shouldn't have bothered fell apart when attempting to reverse the latch. Very poorly made with an an expectation that you have a photographic memory of the internal layout of the mechanisms. Don't bother!!!!

Poorly constructed
There's so much play in the handle latch mechanism that the latch is able to get caught on the inside of the latching plate. Utter rubbish, I'm returning it.
