Dreadful packaging.
The product is impossible to separate quickly from the plastic film packaging. .

Rubbish.
Covered in plastic that is impossible to remove. Very hard to get square on the screw. Screw snapped whilst fitting. Absolute rubbish.

Good value
These are good value but a little fiddly screwing them on, easy to wipe clean, not good with wet or sweaty palms!!

i'm in the process of changing the old brass to chrome to freshen the look and as i have a few to change made sense to buy 2 of these multi packs saving a lot of money , look good to.

PRODUCT IS A LIE
SAYS ON THE BOX TO FIT A 35mm -44mm door. Great this will fit my doors. The get home a 3 INCH long latch. Then look at the box again you may need a hacksaw to fit to size. REALLY hold on while I pull a lathe out my back side. A complete waste of my time. Take this off the shelf. Remove the lie from the box and put all the stock in the bin B&Q.

Made for a 3" thick door
I fit doors all the time in my job, I know I sometimes have to cut the spindles down, as most doors are either external or internal thickness, but I've never seen a three inch thick door in all the countless doors I have hung, yet B&Q insist on supplying spindles for 3" thick doors. The location and size of the knob make fitting the screws difficult too.

No good
They don't have a spring return so they are useless and waste of money for the majority of applications. The packaging should say without spring return !
