Excellent product
Only fine filler that sand perfectly flat and smooth. Wouldn’t use anything else. Lasts well in sealed tub.

Polycell fine surface filler
This is the only filler that my hubby uses. He won't use any other he is happy with it so that's good, it goes on well and leaves a nice finish

So easy to use
Can be used anywhere and fills big and small holes with ease, Dries quickly and is smooth and easy to sand and then paint. Very good product.

Not good at all
I bought this filler because the label says that it can be repainted after 15 minutes. Well, I thought 15 minutes statement was a bit over-exaggerated but hoped it would be ready to be repainted in about 2-3 hours realistically. Used it for filling small holes, about 3 - 5mm deep and after 24 hours the filler has not hardened. It is still like a mousse. Really disappointing

Exactly what you need for filling cracks
This product really makes filling small-medium cracks in walls prior to decorating a snap. It's very strange stuff in the pot because it's incredible light weight. When you pick up a pot you're be forgiven for thinking it's only half full, and surprised to find it's actually full. It's fairly easy to apply and smooth over the cracks and doesn't seem to shrink much as it dries out. Don't worry about leaving it a bit proud though because it is INCREDIBLY ease to sand down when dry. Obviously the dried product isn't terribly strong but for nearly all purposes where all you want to do is paint or paper over it that isn't important. Takes paint very well.
