Multiple applications work!
Yes it’s thin and runny, but it needs to soak into the tiles, and it’s for porous tiles so it will soak in - that is to be expected. But each application takes longer to soak in as it permeates and builds up in the tiles. We have used it on travertine marble and find that three coats painted on with a brush is adequate. After leaving the final coat to dry in for a couple of days, water just beads and runs off. So, it does work but some patience and multiple coats required.

QEP Tile Sealer
Bought yesterday, just like water, no odour , no consistency. The bottle states to use with caution yet the contents are not stated! The instructions said leave to dry for 4 hours, but it had dried like water would in 5-10 minutes.Took product back to check against another bottle and it was the same. I will be seeking further info on this product.
