Resolva Xtra tough concentrate weed killer is a non-glyphosate systemic treatment which is effective on vegetation and roots of persistent broadleaf weeds in lawns.
- Wearing gloves is recommended but not necessary
- Composition: Mecoprop-P 37.5g/l (3.67%w/w) + Dicamba 4.675g/l (0.467% w/w) as thePotassium Salt as a soluble concentrate
Features and benefits
- Effectively kills the entire plant including the roots
- Free from glyphosate preventing damage to leaves and shoots
- Targets weeds, leaving your lawn to grow healthy and strong
- Can be used to control annuals, perennials and difficult broad-leaf weeds
- The active ingredients work hormonally, which can cause an initial vigorous growth response and signs of distortion (twisting) in the leaves and stem. The weed will outgrow itself, then turn yellow and die. It can take up to 14 days to see results, so do not apply more than the recommended dose on pack. Resolva Xtra Ready to Use Weedkiller kills weeds and the roots.

Kinda ok but not great results
Got this to kill weedy in the block paving, killed some, others just ignored it and are fine.

Waste of time and ineffective
Don’t waste your money….even slightly over concentrated, very poor at removinig the weeds even after 7 or 8 days.

I bought this weed killer to remove some deep seated weeds on a gravel patch Its cleared them in days.very good

This product just does not work.
This product just does not work. I have tried increasing the level of weed killer in the mix from the recommended amount and still nothing. The weeds barely even wilt and quickly recover. The safety instructions make it seem lethal to all forms of life, so much so that I was wary of using it in certain areas of the garden. Very disappointing at the price. Avoid.

Dreadful product!!
I may have well just treated the weeds to a feed rather than use this useless product. Didn’t kill a single weed!! Took the box back to B&Q and got my money back.

I can't understand the negative reviews. We wanted a product safe for wildlife and bought the large 1l concentrate as we have a large lawn. I mixed a stronger mix, 30ml to a 1,25l spray bottle and saturated some very stubborn broad leaf weeds which had virtually taken over the lawn. Amazingly, the weeds started to shrivel and collapse the next day leaving the lawn untouched. From our own experience with the product, it seems to be highly effective when mixed at a stronger rate. It is rather expensive though, but isn't everything nowadays!

absolutely no effect on weeds. Reading the instructions you would think it was powerful stuff but seems not. Would definitely not buy again

Does not work
8 days after heavy spray with 1.5 times strength - no effect on weeds.

Doesn't do anything
Used twice on a small patch of land. Even with double the suggested concentration it does nothing to weeds. Don't waste your money
