Resolva Xtra tough weed killer is a ready to use, non-glyphosate systemic treatment which is effective on vegetation and roots of persistent broadleaf weeds in lawns.
- Wearing gloves is recommended but not necessary
- Composition: Mecoprop-P 3.75g/l (0.375%w/w) + Dicamba 0.4675g/l(0.0467% w/w) as the Potassium Salt as a ready to use solution
Features and benefits
- Effectively kills the entire plant including the roots
- Free from glyphosate preventing damage to leaves and shoots
- Targets weeds, leaving your lawn to grow healthy and strong
- Can be used to control annuals, perennials and difficult broad-leaf weeds
- The active ingredients work hormonally, which can cause an initial vigorous growth response and signs of distortion (twisting) in the leaves and stem. The weed will outgrow itself, then turn yellow and die. It can take up to 14 days to see results, so do not apply more than the recommended dose on pack. Resolva Xtra Ready to Use Weedkiller kills weeds and the roots.

Not sure if this stuff is any good....
I'm on the fence with this. The first application did absolutly nothing, however, the second (applied teonweeks later) does seem to have started killing the weeds. It wasnt even a really weedy patch, just a few annoying ones. Lets see what happens over the next few weeks.

Sprayed dandelions 3 days ago they still grow
Used the blue resolva and got great results used this one and poor performance

It does kill weeds when applied generously.
I used this weedkiller about a week ago and appear to have very limited success. I think the problem is that it is quite weak and requires a lot of liquid to be applied to each weed. I have used much more effective weedkillers in the past. My advice would be to purchase a lot and apply very generously.

I always use this but I can not pick-up because of health reson so I had to pay the postage
