Perfect Deck Riser

Great quality and perfect for the garden steps from the deck onto the lawn, not to mention value for money.

Ideal for what I wa tee

Bought these to make some steps to a treehouse. Should last a few years now installed and all treated

Poor quality

Triangular offcuts form risers and going which are then screwed to main wood section which forms stringer, two dropped off and needed re-screwing before being able to put in place

Easy use stair risers for gardens

I bought a pair of these for steps in my garden with bullnose treads for steps and they look great

Used as garden steps

Used as garden steps and worked great, convenient and hoping to get some good use out of them for a few seasons!

Pay attention to orientation-ignore website image

Please change the photo orientation, it is shown the wrong way round on your site. They should be turned 90degrees anti-clockwise. That’s how they should be installed. Steps too steep if used in way in photo

Question

Can anyone explain why the top step is (apparently) narrower than the other steps? How does that work?

Harrygarden - 5 / 5 - 21/07/2021

Just what I needed, used for plant troughs .

Put planters on these as a space saver excellent stuff.

Terrible quality and steep

As per the other reviews, terrible quality. Went to the store, as they said 4 were in stock, only 3 on the shelf and 2 of them were broken. One missing a step completely and one with a step hanging off. I bought the good one thinking I’d use it as a template to just make my own, but they are way too steep. The tread depth is only 21cm (rise is 18cm). To put in context my current steps are 28cm deep. So unless you have size 3 feet you can’t fit your foot on coming down these. In summary awful quality and not fit for purpose.

Dangerously Steep!

Used 3 of these to create a stairway to some decking along with B&Q supplied 40mm treads. With stringers set to give level treads the angle of the stair is so steep it is virtually unusable, even my dogs will not come down it. This product produces dangerous stair installations and in my opinion should not be used unless you are prepared for something that is closer to a ladder than the angles of a conventional stair.
