This clear interior varnish from the Ronseal Interior diamond hard range can be applied to interior using a brush. The varnish dries in just 20 minutes and will cover up to 24 m² per litre on average.

Nice finish, finally
It took up to 5 coats, with careful steel wool work between, but what a finish! My builder was actually impressed with the plain wood worktops he had installed!

Rubbish
Must have put the wrong formula is my tin , after 5 coats still only a poor Matt finish. Expensive waste of money.

Ruined my bathroom unit
This is not a gloss finish it's more of a satin finish. please be aware that this will create a crackle finish. I used it on a made to measure unit and its ruined it! I've been to a trade centre and they have informed me the product is not gloss and there is an issue with the gloss which I worked out myself too when I saw the finish! Doesnt do what it says on the tin. will have to start again

Excellent product
Purchased to create varnished wooden windowsills. Have previously used yacht varnish. This product is grsy in colour on application but dries clear and shiny.

Reasonable Quality
I have used this on two projects to date - the varnish does provide a nice finish however it goes on very thin. It is very easy to apply and clean off the brushes. Overall a reasonable product I would consider buying again.

I bought this to paint our bannister in our new house as builders Finnish was rubbish and now it looks fantastic because my wife has done it
