This clear interior varnish from the Ronseal Interior diamond hard range can be applied to interior using a brush. The varnish dries in just 20 minutes and will cover up to 24 m² per litre on average.

Kitchen cupboards
I painted my kitchen cupboards earlier in the year but they were getting chipped. Repainted the cupboards and then added 2 Coates of the Matt varnish. Problem solved and easy to do.

YID varnish
As I refuse point blank to involve myself in any aspects of DIY by adhering to DDIY..(Don't Do It Yourself) my life has improved no end ..my particular skill set, acquired over a long career makes me a nightmare for people like you (DIY fans)... My wife does it... She liked the varnish....ta.

Great product if applied correctly.
Great varnish if applied correctly. Very quick drying so must be applied rapidly and laid off with the brush along the grain of the wood before it dries! If applied too slowly, unsightly brush marks will be left. Just finished varnishing 11 new light oak doors - beautiful finish, very pleased.

Awful to use!
I bought this to varnish my spindles on my stairs. I shook the tin well prior to opening, when I opened the tin I was surprised to see that the varnish was WHITE! I started to use it and was relieved that as I used it it dried clear but after about 20mins the varnish in the tin started to turn a bit thicker so it was like painting with pva glue! Only good points about this varnish is that it actually dries completely clear and dries very quickly.

this product is rubbish
If you happen to go over a section of wood you coated 10 minutes ago it leaves white streaks you then have to sand it down again

Great product
I have used this many times. Just stripped 5 coats of yacht varnish from a lovely oak table & applied this instead. I've stripped this table several times & tried different products, but always unhappy with the colour change & shine. This has given the best result yet.
