This medium oak interior varnish from the Ronseal Interior diamond hard range can be applied to interior using a brush. The varnish dries in just 20 minutes and will cover up to 24 m² per litre on average.

Product colour is nothing like medium oak!
I bought this product in medium oak 0.25L to use as tester. As mentioned by another reviewer, it turned out in a green-ish colour and does not even bear any resemblance to the medium oak colour advertised, espite two coats. That sounds like mis-selling to me which I consider rather poor of an established name like Ronseal. I will be getting a different product.

OK if you want a green oak finish
This water-based varnish is alarmingly green in the tin and dries with a greenish tinge when put on. It's nothing like the medium oak sample in store or the colour patch on the can. For info I put it on new untreated architrave but after one thin coat I could see it was nowhere near the colour I needed, so I ended up buying another brand of wood stain online, which was perfect. Very disappointed in this product. A complete waste of money.
