Revitalise your flooring
Bought the product to revitalise my wooden flooring. Excellent staining, colour is spot on and gives a little shine and now the flooring looks as new ✨️

Love this product
I’ve used this multiple times on old sanded back boards. Incredibly easy to use as long as you finish each board and don’t overlap. I mixed the dark oak with the clear for a lighter finish. Gives a wax look finish without the problems of marking that wax brings. Very tough, has been great with dog claws, only needing to redo after 12 months and it’s a very quick job to touch it up.

Not true to colour
I bought this to achieve an oak stain but it comes out a horrible orange colour. I had to sand back my floorboards and start again. If using on previously finished floors it goes on easily but using it on new wood leads to an uneven finish no matter how careful you are. Would never buy again.

Terrible finish, not a wax at all.
Used this on our living room floor at great expense and time. The finish is terrible, brush marks and lines no matter what you do. Going to have to sand to remove and start all over, thanks Ronseal!

Very quick drying
Chose this product as prefered it over the varnish i had used previously. Quick and easy to apply and dries quicker than expected. Prefer the matt finish and only downside is the lack of colour chioce and price.

Be careful of of the colour
Just started using this on my newly sanded floorboards. As others have said it is much darker than expected and is ruining the look of lovely original floorboards. Will have to try and remove it now and find a better product. A lot of time and money wasted. Also it does not work like a wax at all and in my view you are buying a very dark wood varnish. If this is what you want and expect then go ahead and purchase. If not look for something else.

Excellent product
Bought to give some life into my kids flooring. Has really made the difference & the floor is gleaming. Easy to use product & dries quickly as stated. Very happy with purchase.

Very hard to work with. NOT A WAX
The product goes on darker than expected. leaves brush stroke lines where you have overlapped as you do when painting with a brush. I wouldn't say its a wax it does not get absorbed into the wood at all more like a varnish which means it chips to reveal the bare wood underneath. I also wouldn't call it diamond hard. For this amount of cash I'd expect better quality better going with another brand I wouldn't recommend. I wish people would leave genuine reviews to prevent others from making the same mistake

Good varnish
Whatever you do use a paint pad to apply. Much better finish than a brush and goes 3 times further. 3 coats at least on raw timber and surprisingly durable finish for a water based varnish. 5 stars if not for the price.

......does what it says on the tin!
Recently my partner and I hired a floor sander and sanded our old dirty floorboards in the living room. Stained them first with an antique oak and then a clear wax, both Ronseal diamond hard. Although cost us around £100 for both tins, well worth it. You get what you pay for! Delighted with the end colour and results.
