Product information
You can apply this opaque shed and fence treatment from the Ronseal Fence life range to all rough sawn and smooth planed sheds and fences, using a brush, to colour and provide protection. It takes 1 hour to dry and will cover up to 6 m² per litre on average.

- Ronseal fence life plus+ can be used on all rough sawn and smooth planed sheds and fences. It'll stand up to rain, frost and snow and won't lose its colour in the sun. With 2 coats on rough sawn or 3 coats on smooth planed wood the colour will last for up to 5 years. Even better, you have the choice to brush it or spray it on and it can be applied to damp wood.

Not so good
Wanted a complete change so went for the grey but it took 3 coats to cover one panel!! Gave up in the end and went back to original colour. Wasted my money.

Used 3 coats. Quite watery.
I'm not a professional painter and I don't paint fences often, however this particular paint required 3 coats to fully absorb into the wood and cover it evenly.

This product is great
I brought this paint on offer. The panels were new and required 2 coats of paint. I used a fence brush for the first coat and a paint sprayer for the second coat. I am really pleased with the new panels and colour and people have commented on the colour of the panels. Will definitely recommend this product

Not the best.
Bought this paint for the new gate and existing fence. Covered the fence which was painted in an oak colour reasonably well. The new gate looks a complete mess and after two coats still isn’t covered very well. Would not recommend this paint for smooth wood although it says it can be used on it.

This is terrible. It takes 4 or more coats to partially cover. Watery slop. DO NOT BUY!!!

Please do not use this product it covers badly I've had to put 4 coats on just to cover it properly vert disappointing won't ever use again
