Product information
You can apply this opaque shed and fence treatment from the Ronseal Fence life range to all rough sawn and smooth planed sheds and fences, using a brush, to colour and provide protection. It takes 1 hour to dry and will cover up to 6 m² per litre on average.

- Ronseal fence life plus+ can be used on all rough sawn and smooth planed sheds and fences. It'll stand up to rain, frost and snow and won't lose its colour in the sun. With 2 coats on rough sawn or 3 coats on smooth planed wood the colour will last for up to 5 years. Even better, you have the choice to brush it or spray it on and it can be applied to damp wood.

Not bad
Good colour but rather runny and needed 3 coats, but, looks great now it’s finished.

It is very watery and does not cover up the colour of the fence. Has had seven coats

Be prepared to put on 2 coats
I bought this at the end of summer. It's very watery but this may be so it soaks into the wood more but not sure. Needed 2 coats at least. Colour is as is on the tin and easy to apply ( put ground protection cover down or your plants will be grey as it splashes). I applied with a large paintbrush as I didn't want to spray my neighbour's fence and plants accidentally. Don't think I'd choose the grey again unless you've a small garden as this made my previous garden brighter.

The product is good.
It will be great if there are more choices of colour of paints, like light brown, golden yellow, original wooden colour etc.

Love the colour
Used with a paint sprayer for garden fence. I love the colour. Subtle and modern. Gives the garden a shabby chic vibe in a modern way. Would give 5 stars but had to coat 3 times to be assured that the colour would last

Love this colour, my fence needed 3 coats and looks amazing. Very happy and love the warm stone. I used a brush and left the set a day between coats
