You can apply this woodstain from Ronseal to exterior wooden surfaces, using a brush, to colour and provide protection. It takes 30 minutes to dry and will cover up to 18 m² per litre on average.

Water based
Lovely finish if applied as per instructions. Just emailed Ronseal regarding streaky, spotty appearance and was informed temperature must be over 10c degrees in dry conditions-ie: low humidity. Not so good on a dull, damp winter's day. (2nd attempt to review as they didn't appreciate my comment about water based paint and environmentalists).
