This product does what it says in the tin!
I bought this product as an undercoat to cover some darkly painted walls and it was great, as we were intending the walls to be white. Toon a couple of coats but worked well.

Don’t waste your time and money on this.
A complete waste of time and money, it does nothing to the stain at all, an utterly useless paint.

Absolutely useless
Is neither ‘One Coat’ nor ‘stain block’. Does nothing of which it says on the tin

Several coats later
Have applied four coats to a water stain on a ceiling and the stain still shows through. Very unimpressed.

Rubbish
I wanted to paint over a patterned wallpaper but it took three coats of white emulsion, so i decided to try this "one coat" product. Guess how many coats it took? Three. Don't waste you money on this overpriced product

Disappointed
I was extremely disappointed, I applied the block as directed and a great big bubble appeared. This subsequently popped and it took the existing paint off in patches. We had to use a thick wall paper to disguise the unevenness of the wall.

Did what it says on the tin
Product good for the job required and easy to use and would recommend this to other people

Does work
Had some serious damp stains to cover. Not easy to apply as has rubbery consistency and it covers a smaller area than says on the time. However it worked. No sign of stains.

Great coverage
Bought this to paint over a scorched and sooted ceiling above a built in cooker following a fire. With basic prep one coat of this completely covered all marks and left it good for a final coat of regular emulsion. Very good product.

DO NOT BUY
I bought this to cover some small smoke stains on my ceiling from a candle. I could still see the staining clear as day after 5 hours drying so applied another coat. I've let it dry for another 4 hours as stated and the staining is still there. Waste of time and effort!
