Far better than expected
The decking paint I now find is far superior in decking protection than the stain. As well as only needing 1 coat, the coat gives a hardened protection, and does exactly what is says it will, in sealing the wood, especially where there are any cracks or splintering, along with sealing any knots. First applied this 18 months ago, and after a hot summer last year and a winter on the coast it is still as good as new.. Only made the purchase so I am prepared for the next coat which I think I will do before this next winter..

Time will tell.
Bought this last year to paint my decking hoping I would get a couple of years life out of it, but unfortunately not. I decided to give it another go this year and it went on great as some of the older stuff had chipped off. Looks great and hopefully it will last longer than last years application.

Ronseal decking paint on reclaimed scaffold boards
Brilliant quality paint, a nice strong colour with good coverage. I find it perfect for heavy foot traffic and we also have two wheelchairs using the path and its been very hard wearing evwn after a year of use. Good to use around pets and children

Great product easy to apply
I bought this to use on some garden sleepers and was easy to apply and very hard wearing compared to other products I have used that wore off after only six months after being applied. This product still looks good as the day it was applied well over a year ago

This has got to be the BEST decking paint ever
I bought this paint because of the name but got it from B&Q for the price. It has got to be the best paint I have ever used. Great covering . Amazing colour. Can't say enough good things. And as for the price just WOW

Easy to use
Bought this in the hope it lasts longer than staining the decking. Requires a good stir before use. When applying looks a lot lighter than it dries and if this is the first coat you will use more product than the second, but accurate on the tin how far this will go. You definitely need to coats and wait the 4 hours before applying the second. So far very happy with the finished job but the test will be how long it will last. Only downside is it’s quite expensive.

Better than another product starting with Cu
Tried other company and returned. Ronseal was more expensive but covered over the multi stain decking with ease. Not fully sure on colour when applying wet but dries a nice rice colour. Yes would definitely buy again. Even thinking about out colours for garden furniture. Used a roller for application and paint easily spread into the decking groves. Pleased with the results. Thumbs up.
