This 400ml damp seal from Ronseal is ideal for covering damp, water & other household stains, and is a must have purchase for any redecorating project around the interior of your home. It dries in 10 minutes and comes in an easily storable tin can. As it's paintable, it's ideal for colour matching to your existing decor.

Avoid B&Q collection without ID regardless of age
B&Q wouldn't let us collect it even though we were both covered in paint and in our 30s. Said we couldn't prove we aren't 16? In what world do 16 year olds have a beard and a few grey hairs?

It works
I applied thos to a bathroom wall due to mold from a shower condensation. It's been on over two weeks and has done the Job.I am now going to repaint the bathroom knowing it is OK to do so.Rated 4 star because of the Price.

Poor area coverage
Bought this to cover wall and ceiling area affected by damp. Area about 1.5 meters square in total. Gave area 1st coat and only just manage to cover area before it ran out. Was only I gentle covering so disappointed. It did cover the damp well ( which is why i gave 2 stars) but still needs another coat or two. Would have bought the paint had i realised the poor coverage volume. So buy the paint if you have probably more than 500mm square to do.
