RoofPro Flexypol is a solvent based acrylic coating, incorporating synthetic fibres and is designed specifically for the long term maintenance of domestic and industrial roofs.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from sources of ignition or naked flames. Minimum shelf life of 12 months in unopened, sealed containers
- Flammable liquid & vapour. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks open flames & other ignition sources. Do not breathe vapour. Do not breathe spray or mist. Toxic to aqautic life. Repeated exposure may cause skin dryness or cracking.
- Instructions for use: Stir vigorously, for at least two minutes, before use. This will ensure that fibres etc. that have fallen to the bottom of the tin (particularly if it has been stored in a warm place) are well dispersed back into the mixture; there should be a noticeable thickening and increase in resistance. Fibres should also be visible on the surface of the coating

Worth the money
You ruin a brush and its thick as tar but it clearly keeps the rain out. Expensive but good

Does what it says on the tin!
I bought this a month ago! good product does the job, my garage roof is water tight, prep is key be sure to remove any dust or organic materials! it contains epoxy fibres to strengthen any cracks or crevices it also dries very quick I will use this product again! I'd give five stars but it took a while by brush other than that it's gtreat

Does what it says on the tin
Easy to apply and has resolved my problem with a leaking roof. The product is thick and needs a good stir before application. Did exactly what I expected it to do. Would highly recommend.

Decent product and easy to work with
Needed to sort out some longstanding issues with a flat roof. This product did the trick in a few easy to use minutes. As usual ☺️ nly time will tell how effective it is but for now, it's doing what it should

Not suitable for the DIY person
I bought this product on advise from a surveyor who stated that the roof felt was poorly installed on my property hence why it was leaking. I found the product was a very thick compound (as I was advised) and brushed on easily however it also drips down very quickly. If it gets in your hair or on clothes very difficult to remove. I believe however that whilst I was using the product as instructed by both the surveyor and on the tin, had I used a professional roofing specialist the product would have done the job it was required to do. Hence 3 stars as I feel it is probably a good product and Hence my review title Not Suitable for the DIY person
