Wednesbury store customer service
Upon delivery there were some quality issues, the rolls were flattened and the layers looked bonded together, meaning a very high chance the material would tear. The job starts tomorrow so I called the store for assistance, to be honest the customer representative and manager couldn’t have been more helpful, they managed to arrange for replacement rolls to be dispatched, which I received within a couple of hours, this is really outstanding customer support. Many thanks to the Wednesbury store team for the exceptional service :-) Please note:I can’t rate the product as I have not used it yet but a rating is required to submit the review so based on the service I gave 5 stars.

Bon produit mais mauvaise coul
La matière semble de qualité, on verra dans 10 ans, mais la couleur est gris ardoise et non sable !?! Une fois déballé, je n'avais pas envie de refaire 60 kms pour l'échanger sans savoir si tout le lot n'est pas de cette teinte.
