Yes, good, and **no rust**
Here is a fact the average home owner does not know; if it's made of metal and it is not either stainless steel or aluminium it is going to rust or heavily tarnish. It does not matter if it is galvanised, it does not matter if it is well painted, it does not matter if it is "rust resistant", if it is metal and not either of these two it is going to rust. First it will look ugly and then, probably, it will fail you. I bought this hook to be used outside, and I did so because it is aluminium and it will not rust. It is very strong and it looks good. I have no hesitation in recommending it however, two things (i) if you are serious about it staying nice looking you should use stainless steel fixings and (ii) this hook has no grommet at the top. It makes no difference to functionality, but it absolutely would improve the appearance if it did. Hence four stars.
