Great Colour, Good Coverage
I bought this last month to up-cycle an old wooden shelf. The colour is a gorgeous sage green and it covered very we with two coats.

Worst paint I've ever used
I read the other reviews and advice, weighed up the evidence and went against my gut feeling and bought some. It's a lovely colour,I love that it's water based and low odour but it's very difficult to get a good result. I wanted "shabby chic" so I wasn't expecting it to be totally smooth and perfect but I didn't expect "looks like a monkey painted it". This paint is thick and gloopy-however much you stir it or add water to it. It dries far too quickly to get a decent finish. The first coat wasn't great but I thought the second might go on better. However it was worse. You can't smooth out the blobs fast enough as it is sticky and dries too fast and the paint turns rough when you go over it. I think it might work a lot better if you are painting a flat, smooth surface but the carved wooden chair I wanted to transform was fiddly to paint. It's transformed alright-it looks worse. I won't ever use this paint for furniture again.Sorry Rust-o-Leum. I like your other paints. You can't complaint to them either unless you have a zip-code.

Furniture paint
Small tin of paint purchased to top up earlier kitchen make-over. Well performing product and easy to use.

Lovely paint to use
Lovely paint to use, covers great. Nice colour though green not as deep and rich it looks on the picture. Did 2 coats and more like a soft sage shade.

Terrible!
The worst paint I've come across in a long time! Gloopy texture and leaves a patchy finish. You may as well use a standard matt emulsion and save a heap of money. Like farrow and ball, a marketing nonesense. Doesn't like standard oil based undercoat at all, as we discovered to our cost - this isnt mentioned anywhere on the labelling. Picks up marks unless sealed with wax. Unfortunately the wax leaves the finish even more blotchy and uneven (2 coats of paint btw). Complete waste of time and effort.

Great for shabby chic projects!
Brilliant product, was worried I wouldn't have enough but didn't want to buy bigger tin as it was the first time using product. Turns out I have more than enough as one coat gave an excellent finish and didn't need to apply second, so I can use it for other projects! Gorgeous colour very heritage green and looks beautiful! Below is a pic of my unfinished project but so far looking good
