Shake well…and then some!
Takes a heck of a lot of shaking / mixing, I’d say more than most paints. It goes on clear so it’s quite tricky to work out where you have sprayed and where you haven’t. That said, it does glow well.

Glowing
Very disappointed in this product, was only spraying x3 food cans but there was not enough to complete the project.

Shake it like you’re life depends on it.
This stuff needs some serious shaking before you use it, and again after ever squirt. I guess the ⭐️ Star reviews didn’t read the instructions, but it glows really well if you use it correctly. It looks semi clear with a hint of yellow in normal light but glows bright yellow when dry. My only negative is the inconsistency of coverage. I think the non aerosol paint would be better for most things and give better consistency without all the shaking.

waste of money
I tried to use it on the ceiling for my kid's room. it doesnt spray mist but a stream line which makes everthing nery mess and dripping paint from the ceilling. Uneven application and very sticky which leaves a stain on the paint which is visible during the day. Also I pain it close to the window for extra light but to glowing. Unfortunatelly did not keep the receipt for refund. should not even me sold this product. I have to repaint the ceiling now. also I used it on the light switch and doesn t do anything. after you switch on/off the paint is gone.

Money down the drain.
Got a couple of these, along with the blue, for my birthday. They do NOTHING. They come out clear, they dry clear, they're clear in the dark, and they're still clear after multiple coats. The price for what I received is beyond ridiculous. Maybe I got a bad batch? Perhaps, but I had two of each so is that really a risk worth taking? *tested on mdf (wood is listed as an ideal base) and paper. *will gladly add photos later if the option is there.
