This Gold metallic furniture paint has been specially designed to give a durable and long-lasting metallic finish on a range of surfaces. Simply apply with a brush or roller and leave for 1 hour to dry - a great way to give the surfaces additional protection. Covers 14m² per litre on average.

Legal information
- Causes serious eye irritation. Very toxic to aquatic life. Toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects. Contains a biocidal product. Contains Reaction mass of: 5-chloro-2-methyl4-isothiazolin-3-one [EC no. 247-500-7] and 2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one [EC no.220-239-6] (3:1). May produce an allergic reaction.

Pot of Gold Keeping Leprechauns Happy
Bought a tiny taster tin to try out and do some details and this is great paint. Went on well, couple of costs to really get a nice finish. Good stuff!

Good product but needed more than I thought
The paint is good but I had to do 3 coats to get the desired effect. It might have been the furniture but I had to buy more to cover the space. Side note, I originally bought in store but I did a click to collect for another tin as it said there was stock in 2 different B&Qs but they both had to cancel the order because there actually wasn't any stock in so had to buy somewhere else

Great product
I bought this for a cake stand I was making. Product was great. It covered well, dried quickly and looked good. Would definitely recommend.

Just what I need
Not for a feature wall! But works perfectly to place a gold tint over blue paint.

awful colour poor coverage
I had been using hte Rustoleum elegant finish gold paint ( sold by B&Q as Rust-Oleum Gold effect Multi-surface Special effect paint, 250ml) As I was covering a larger area I wanted a bigger pot, saw this Rust oleum gold effect furniture paint at 750ml and snapped it up - what a mistake! They are completely different colours, consistencies and compeltely different coverage! The Elegant finish gold is a lovely elegant gold, shimmer and metallic - great. it covers right away - only 1 coat needed, and dries with a tough coating ideal for furniture. This awful "gold effect paint" is not a nice gold, it is a brown - orange cheap and tacky type of gold, it is thin and required 3 coats just to even vaguely cover the undercoat,a nd the slightest knock and it peeled off ( bear in mind the furniture is lal the same, prepped,sanded and primed the same way.) I will never buy this tat again.

Great gold colour
This paint is quite watery and thin when first applied, after 3 coats the gold really came through.

Great coverage and easy to apply
I bought this to upcycle a small side table, with minimal,preparation of the wood, the paint was east you apply and cob really well. I went for two coats just to be sure and then finished with the finishing wax. Brush cleared esily with just warm water.
