Nice silver colour but not shiny like chrome
I was wanting a chrome look on just 1 door handle it’s turned out a nice smooth Matt silver I assume if you where to use the shine top coat it may look more chrome like either way it looks better than a tarnished brass handle

Finish is just silver. It's not even gloss. It's satin silver.

AMAZING FOR UP-CYCLING
I picked the spray paint up in my local b&q to spray paint the curtains rails and the curtain rail ends that I had in the house ive just purchased and photo doesn’t do its justice. Dried on a couple of seconds on a nice summer day out in the garden. Going to spray paint the bars on my staircase next. 100% happy with the chrome result

Not durable
If you intend on spray painting objects that you will need to touch, don’t use this paint!! I used this to repaint my interior brass door handles. Primed with rustoleum primer, sprayed a couple of coats of metallic chrome then left it to dry for 48 hours. It looked great but when I went to reattach my door handles to the door, the paint transferred so badly on to my fingers that my newly glossed white door was absolutely covered in silvery grey fingerprints. It also scratches REALLY easily, it’s not durable at all. I contacted rustoleum about this and they said that the silver pigment is stored on the surface of this paint (apparently) so it’s not suitable for objects that you will need to touch (nice that they made this clear on their packaging...) I got a full refund and was advised to use the silver version of the metallic spray paint instead, which is more durable and doesn’t cause the colour to transfer on to your fingers. I have now redone my handles with the silver spray paint and they look great and don’t transfer colour at all. Long story short don’t buy this spray paint if you need it to be durable, go for the silver one instead.

NOT Chrome
Very disappointed this is a silver paint NOT Chrome,if I wanted silver I would have bought silver,a waste of time and money.
