Forget 50 shades of Grey this is 1 and its DULL!
I've been using this spray for sometime now but the last batch I purchased was rubbish! I used the same method of applying as I have for all past applications the items being prayed have been the same the only thing thats changed is the batch of spray. As other reviews have said, I too was left with a very dull almost matt like grey Not sure whats going on but it appears that the company behind it have changed the contents and its nothing like it use to be. After about 2 years of using this spray for crafts projects, I wont be buying anymore.

Nice finish
Product description to small to read so didn’t realise this product is to use on glass to give a mirror effect. Used on a mirror frame to change from gold to silver colour. Pleased with the result.

Having problems with this product
I've been using this product for a few months making mirrors. The first 3 cans I bought worked really well and the mirror effect was great! The next batch came up really misty/cloudy and not good enough to be called mirrors. I thought my process was exactly the same and I'm defiantly looking at the correct side :-) Does anyone have any advice? The reviews here are so mixed is there a possibility there are good batches and bad batches of this product? Any tips appreciated x

Terrible with Plexi
Should've headed the advice on this page - After six, even coats, a piece of plexi now resembles a grey blob with zero mirror effect. Avoid at all cost.

What mirror?
This is waste of time and money. 3 cans, whole acylic sheet and 3 hours later and it looks like I sprayed it grey. Spend a lot of money and the project can go to the bin. What mirror effect. Just awful

Disappointed
I was very disappointed with the result. In fact it wasn't even close. And to add insult to injury, I found it extremely easy to remove.

Waste of time and money
Following instructions on a 36cm x 28cm glass. Layer by layer put the whole can on. It just makes the glass gray. Left over night and it just wiped off on my hands.

Great stuff in the right hands
I actually use loads of this stuff to create mirror effects on glass. its all in the prep work! if you ensure the glass is super "squeaky" clean you will get a good results! Obviously work in a clean environment free of dust, hair and the like and your good to go! Might sound obvious again but you be surprised how many people use this stuff wrong.. spray the reverse side of the glass you wish the mirror effect to appear on. The sprayed side WILL look dull but turn it over and tada! #justsaying :)

Takes practise
I wanted to produce an antiqued mirror on glass. I was careful to thoroughly clean the glass prior to to application. I sprayed in even strokes and applied several coats. I will needed a whole can for a 20"x15" glass. Having achieved the effect I wanted, I left it to dry and applied 2 coats of black splay paint for protection and to maximise the mirror effect. Great result.
