Rust-Oleum Universal Satin White All-Surface Paint is the perfect solution for painting tricky interior and exterior surfaces and can be applied to a direct range of surfaces including uPVC, wood, metal, plastics, ceramic and more.

- Surface Preparation - Remove oil, grease, and all other surface contamination by cleaning with appropriate detergents. Remove loose rust by scraping and wire brushing or sanding. Lightly abrade UPVC, remove any dust and wipe with methylated spirit. Prime suitably prepared metal, ferrous, non-ferrous, and galvanised with Universal Special Metals Primer. For stain blocking, prime first with Universal Stain Block Primer. Seal very porous surfaces where required with an appropriate sealer.
- Instructions for Use - Stir thoroughly before use. Thinning is not required. Apply 1-2 coats with a brush or short pile mohair roller. For roller application lay off immediately with a brush.

Outstanding results
Overall I'm really pleased I bought this paint. I applied it to a garage door where the paint had flaked off and after a couple of coats the results were outstanding. ( The finish almost has a plastic coat effect, so it will be interesting to see how much it stands up to the British weather over time).

This paint works!
So glad I bought this paint! So far I have used it on old marked pvc window frames, interior and exterior, and it has transformed them. Great coverage, adhesion and finish and doesn't take ages to dry. Highly recommended.

durable
I really like this paint and all in all very happy with it. The only thing I think should be mentioned is that the colour is not brilliant white but warm white. I would have preferred it in neutral white but I suppose that's down to the paint being solvent based.

Excellent all in one prime and paint
Excellent product, needed to refresh my radiators downstairs and this all in one prime and paint was amazing, only needed one coat even though it suggests two, goes on beautifully and dries quickly and my radiators look as good as new again! I'm very happy with the results and would recommend

External paint for wooden windows.
Good application and coverage, my only issue is the long drying time. Seems to adhere well and pleased with finish. Too soon to comment on durability
