Great product
Bought this following a recommendation from a family member. Its great for garden use, don't try to shred bigger branches in one go or they will jam, but other than that makes light work of most hedge and tree cuttings!

Shredder review
Only lasted on hour. Blades became blunt. Read and followed instructions but it was impossible to remove blades and replace. The blades are not up to the job. They have the strength of a pencil sharpener! Very disappointed!

Good value shredder for light work
I’ve used this shredder a few times now and it’s been performing well. Common sense needs to be applied in order to get the most out of it, such as: - cut branches into convenient, straight lengths before putting in the shredder - don’t try to put too much leaves or damp material in at once - alternate between branches and leaves to keep things moving through It’s fairly noisy as you’d expect. Someone mentioned that the collection box was awkward to remove, but the couldn’t be further from the truth. They must have been doing it wrong. Overall would recommend.

Very good
Used it to clear some weeping willow. It handled it well. Occasionally it stopped and we had to clear a blockage .

Brilliant piece of kit.
It is a fantastic piece of equipment and reduced all the branches to much which I have put on the garden to stop weeds growing

A pile of junk
Purchased this a few weeks ago, mainly because we a have a few Ryobi power tools at work and they seem to work well and be reliable. However within minutes this thing had cut out on thermal overload and I had to keep waiting for it to cool down before resetting it. There are apertures to make sure you don’t put anything too big in there and the stuff from a conifer hedge was way under the maximum size of 45mm. After getting quite fed up I decided to have a go another day, so gone back to it today and the thing is dead. No complaints about Ryobi gear before but this is junk.
